In cooking, coaching and conversations this week, Dr Lucy made a traditional weeknight dinner of steak and veg! Using the airfryer Dr Lucy roasted cauliflower, cooked her steak and served it with some steamed zucchini. To serve afterwards, Dr Lucy made a simple protein-packed yoghurt parfait with some berries, Greek yoghurt and hemp seeds. Low carb real food can easily be simple, delicious and nutritious!
