Tonight on Cooking, Coaching & Conversations, Dr Lucy makes a super fast dinner - steak and salad. There is no need to order takeaway if you are busy, stressed out and think you don't have time. You can have dinner on the table in 15 minutes or less with this simple meal.
- spinach or other lettuce leaves
- tomatoes, chopped
- goat's or feta cheese, crumbled
- roasted capsicums, drained
- olive oil
- apple cider vinegar
- scotch fillet steak
- Mingle Seasoning 'Tangy Zaatar' spice blend
- Add the spinach leaves, tomatoes, roasted capsicum and cheese to a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Drizzle the salad with some olive oil, vinegar and salt, Toss again to dress.
- Bring the steak to room temperature, and season with salt and a Mingle seasoning blend.
- Cook the steak on the BBQ or air fryer to your liking.
