It's time to be a HOTI!!!



  • 500g cauliflower rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • Fresh herbs or Mingle Seasoning Italian Herbs, to taste
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Cook the cauliflower rice for 10 minutes, cool slightly, then squeeze out excess water.
  3. Combine the cauliflower rice, eggs, mozzarella, crushed garlic, and herbs in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture on a lined 35x25 cm tray.
  5. Sprinkle additional salt and herbs on top.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve with your choice of toppings.
