- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup of oil (avocado, macadamia, light flavoured olive oil)
- mustard (optional)
- In a tall container add your egg, lemon juice and salt.
- Place a stick blender in the container and turn it on and whisk together the egg.
- Slowly drizzle in the oil while the stick blender is going, take your time and make sure the oil is incorporating as you go.
