Last night in Cooking, Coaching & Conversations Dr Lucy made a tasty and easy vegetable side dish. Served with some seasoned chicken drumsticks this fried cabbage and pea side dish is delicious.
- cabbage, sliced
- frozen peas
- goats cheese
- salt and pepper
- Heat a large frying pan and add some butter.
- Add the cabbage and cook while stirring for a few minutes until the cabbage is soft and caramelised.
- Sprinkle in the peas, stir and allow the peas to cook.
- Once the veggies are cooked, turn off the heat and crumble the goat's cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper and it is ready to serve.
