The Real Life Momentum Inner Circle Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Real Life Medicine Pty Ltd (RLM) is owned and operated by the Trustees for Real Life Medicine

2. RLM owns, operates, and holds the copyright for all the digital products including  the Real Life Momentum Inner Circle. (RLMIC) and The 12 Week Mind Body Rebalance. 12WMBR.

RLM owns any other digital courses and programs produced by the RLM unless otherwise stated. All information within these courses is subject to the usual copyright laws of Australia All intellectual property owned by the RLM is subject to the usual protections afforded to IP laws of Australia. The purchaser (you) agrees not to reproduce any part of RLM Intellectual Property without prior written consent.

3. The RLMIC is a  membership subscription service.

4. Upon joining the RLMIC the purchaser (you) enters into an agreement between yourself and  Real Life Medicine  (RLM)

5. The RLMIC will provide you (the purchaser) with

  • ·A Membership Portal where all the content is housed.
  • A welcome kit that consists of physical products delivered to your nominated address.
  •  A Monthly Focus Topic. The Focus will be available in a digital format in the membership portal on the first day of each month.
  • A digital downloadable mantra
  • A digital downloadable hypnosis session ·
  • A live group coaching session to be given two times per month on a digital platform.
  • A recording of the coaching sessions housed in the membership portal.
  • A monthly huddle for connection and community 
  • Access to the RLM Doctors via Q and A email which will be answered in the Doctor In Your Pocket weekly ( with the exeption of public hoildays) 
  • A 15-minute success call via zoom to clarify any technical issues and outline your goals for the Momentum program 
  • The 4 week course -The 4 week Body Reset 
  • Access to each round of the 12 Week Mind Body Rebalance while you are a member. 

6. The purchaser acknowledges they are entering into a monthly/annual subscription where their nominated credit card will be debited each month/year on the same date they joined.

7. There is a 7 day Cooling off period with any purchase from RLM. Following this period there are no refunds.  To cancel a subscription the purchaser is required to give 21 days’ notice of their intention to cancel. This is to be done via email to [email protected] No other form of communication will be acknowledged as the cancellation of your subscription.

8. If you are joining with a 30 day 1/2 price trial, it is assumed you are willing to continue the membership unless RLM is notified as per the above method 

9. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the nominated credit card has available funds and the expiry date is valid. RLM is entitled to pursue monies if the subscription is not paid.

10. The Momentum packs are shipped in your second month of membership. We do two postal batches each month.

11. Whilst the utmost of care is taken, the RLM is not responsible for issues outside its control. This includes but is not limited to

· Technical issues with the membership portal hosted by Kajabi

· Technical Issues with the live coaching platform hosted by Zoom

· Technical issues at the purchaser’s end

· Delays in postal services

· Delays in product manufacturing

· Delays from the product fulfilment house

· Natural disasters and pandemics that may delay or cancel live events.

12. The Facebook group is owned and moderated by  RLM and their agents. All care will be taken to moderate this group in a timely manner. The FB group is not moderated on the weekends.

13. The RLMIC is a supportive collaborative group. Any member who harasses, bullies, or belittles another member will be removed.

14. RLM is open business hours 9.00 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time. All correspondence will be attended to during those hours.

15. If the purchaser received access to any of the RLM programs or courses as part of the RLMIC membership, access to these will be revoked upon leaving the membership. If the course or program was purchased as a stand-alone product separate from the RLMIC then access will continue.

16. RLM may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will notify the purchaser of such occurrences.

17. A Disclaimer. All the information within the RLMIC membership is general information only. The information is not individualised medical advice. Membership in the RLMIC does not constitute a patient-doctor relationship. Membership in the RLMIC does not negate the need for individualised care by a suitably qualified health practitioner.
