Over the last decades my weight had crept up and despite being a medical doctor myself, and following the standard advice to eat less and exercise more, I had been unable to lose more than 2 kgs (4 lbs) each time I went on a diet. Luckily for me I found this fabulous 12 week program based on eating real food and changing habits in a sustainable way.
